Terms and conditions

During a test drive with AutoLevel, the customer agrees to:
1- The customer must have a valid Emirates ID and driver’s license and provide a copy for verification during the buying process.
2- The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the test drive.
3- The customer assures to operate the car in a safe and legal manner, in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
4- The customer will not allow anybody else to drive the vehicle during the test drive.
5- The customer will return the car at the agreed-upon time and in the same condition as it was given to them.
6. If the customer does not like the vehicle, he/she will receive a refund of 1000 AED within 28 days.
